survey 123 form Custom feature service submission url is not compatible

Question

i have a related feature class (point and table) in the arcgis server and publish it to the AGOL to create a survey form, however whenever I publish the form it has a error "the custom feature service submission url is not compatible with this survey (unsupported relation type esriFIELDTypeGlobalID in key field GlobalID for the table GlobalID).' What will I do?

i did my relationship class setting in ArcGIS Pro before publishing it to AGOL.

Hi Carleen,

Can you provide more details on the relationship class? Is it 1:1, 1:M, or M:N ?  What are the origin and destination fields?
