Hi Nusrat,

Are you still experiencing this issue, does it just occur on one device or many devices? If so can you please provide more information, what version of Survey123 are you using, what device and OS? And are you using AGO or Portal, if so what version?

Can you provide a copy of the survey xlsx form?
