Hidden Barcode with substr calc error

Question

I am trying to create a survey containing the following:

Barcode field (hidden) with three substr calculations from the scanned text. I am getting the following error when i try to save my spreadsheet and preview the form (BarcodeError.jpg).

I have attached the spreadsheet as well for review.

Hi Gary! I was able to see the same error with your survey. However, if you rename either your survey form or your barcode field so that they don't have the same name, it should work. I'll let the team know about this.
