No I am not using Pro. I’m using arcmap. I could help you (maybe) if you were in arcmap.

I am just getting started out with similar situations. Can you help me understand what you did using the COGO tools. Also, are you using ArcGIS Pro?

No I do not have a .dwg. All I have are printouts. But I figured out to do COGO and it seems to take care of my needs for this project.
