Survey 123 connect App locked

When I install 123 connect on a mac the app is locked. How do you change the locked settings?

Hi,

Please make sure you have your Security setting set to allow apps from 'App Store and identified developers'. For more information, please refer to Safely open apps on your Mac - Apple Support
