Moving feature is not showing in Animation

Question

Dear all, I have a problem that I wanted to make a simple animation in arcscene that a car is moving along the defined path (a layer path or a 3D graphics path). But the problem is when i run the animation my object is not showing in the animation. I am screwed with this problem and tried many ways. Please give me a solution.

Hello Deol, I have done it. There was problem in layer height information. Thanks , i have fixed it.

Hi Muqit,

Is the line feature class you are using for the path z-aware (meaning is it a 3D line feature)?

If not and you have the line feature layer draped on a surface or have applied some layer offsets to it then when you "Move layer along path", the car point feature might be displaying below the surface.

I would say try with a 3D line feature for selected path and do not use layer offsets/drape on surface options. If this does not help then please provide some more information on the data you are using.
