projection toolset- not available

Hi there,

Im using Arcmap 10.5 but when I try and use the projection toolset a messgage comes up saying 'summary: toolset not available' (screenshot below). does anyone know why this could be?

That is for 'coverages' if you want to work with featureclasses, it is in the Data Management toolset, Projections and Transformations
