Based on the specs https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/Spark/Spark%20User%20Manual%20V1.6-.pdf I notice it has a 12MP camera and GPS incorporated, so my guess would be yes (although it is definitely not your optimal choice). I ran into this thread: Using the DJI Spark for mapping | Commercial Drone Pilots Forum where the OP has been trying to load them into Drone2Map. Since he has not posted any results (yet) and is working with Esri to do this process, I assume he ran into some challenges, since it should be a straight forward process.
If you already have the Spark and have some sample images and are willing to share them, I can run a test a see if the images can be used in Drone2Map.
