Did URL Parameter searches stop working in AGO?

Question

This app uses the URL search param to select & zoom to a specific route based on the ID number. The end of the URLs below show this as "&ID=6673" for example. If you take that off, the app will zoom correctly to the default extent.

When I enter these URLs now, it zooms to some far away place, not to the specific location. Did an update to AGO change this behavior? I checked the app configuration and all looks good in there.

Thanks Chris Whitmore‌ - I was all tied in knots. To those reading this and struggling with how to search for features with '&' in their search fields such as "SW 3RD ST & SW 5TH AVE.PDF" replace it with the HEX equivalent, in this case '%26'. AGOL does this for spaces but not Ampersands. So:

...&find=SW%203RD%20ST%20&%20SW%205TH%20AVE.PDF

becomes

...&find=SW%203RD%20ST%20%26%20SW%205TH%20AVE.PDF
