ArcGIS Online WebApp Chrome Layers not added

I have created the WebApp in ArcGIS online. The map I am using display all the layers in chrome however few layers not load/display in WebApp. When same map access through Internet Explore it display all layers. Unfortunately most of my user prefer chrome. Is there any work around to this? Can I assume all WebApp is not supported in chrome.
