How convert dynamic text to Graphics with ArcPy?

I need convert dynamic text to graphic with ArcPy. I know it is possible in ArcGIS Pro (picture) but I need do this operation with Arcpy.

Hello,

I have been looking into this and I do not believe it is possible. The documentation below states that it is only possible to duplicate and delete Graphic Elements.
