ユーティリティネットワークのトレースオプションがグレーアウトしています

電力ユーティリティネットワークのセットアップに成功しました。しかし、ユーティリティネットワークのデータタブに移動してトレース機能を試そうとすると、Trace Locations（Starting Points、Barriersなど）のオプションがグレーアウトしていてクリックできません。なぜでしょうか？<\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

The tracing service is only available if you have added the Utility Network Data as a service to your map. I asume you are in a client server connection.
