"Add Database Server" in ArcGIS Pro?

Question

How do you add a database server connection in ArcGIS Pro like you are able to in ArcCatalog? I mean a way you can add a connection to then create new geodatabases under an existing instance. I am having trouble finding this in help - or anywhere. In ArcCatalog - you used to be able to just double-click on "Add database server" - I can't find that equivalent in Pro.

Thanks - but I don't want to add a connection to an existing database - I would like to "Add Database Server" so I can create new databases/manage my SQL Express instance like I can in ArcGIS 10.x
