Reproducing ArcGIS Pro 2.1.3 symbology and labeling in ArcGIS Online

I'm new to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS online: is there a way to ensure symbology and label settings from Pro are faithfully reproduced in AGOL web maps?

See attached: in Pro the outline of the polygons has a gradient applied and the labels have custom letterspacing, but when published to AGOL as a feature layer, the outline and label customization disappears.

Is it possible to get the outlines and labels to appear in AGOL?
