How can convert Radain or Degree to meter?

I download Rader imagery, the resolution is in radian. How can convert the radian to the meter to find the imagery resolution in meter?

Are you referring to (cross) range resolution, azimuth resolution, angular resolution or ground resolution? Some reading:

What type of Radar are you working with? SAR perhaps?

Does ArcGIS recognize the format (see List of supported sensors—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop ) is it not able to read the metadata of the imagery?
