Consuming geodata service in operations dashboard

Hello every one

I have a geodatabase table that is shared with multiple colleagues through an SDE GDB connections and everyone of them is filling  this table daily with a specific information.

The question is: I want to use this table to be a dynamic reporting resource using operations dashboard. I tried to publish the GDB as a geodata service; but still can't consume it in the dashboard. what shall I do to do this?

Hi Eyad,

You will want to publish the table as a map service.  If you are using ArcGIS Desktop to publish, you will need to add a feature class and the table to the map in order to publish.  ArcMap will not allow you to only publish a table to ArcGIS Server.  The feature class can be an empty.

Once the service is published, you can add the table to your web map and you should be able to access this information in your Operations Dashboard.
