プログラムがクラッシュします

<\/HEAD>ノートパソコンにMS Office 2010 Professionalがあり、主にExcelを使用しています。なぜか、xlsドキュメントを開くとプログラムが頻繁にクラッシュします。何が起こっているのかご存知ですか？来週の日曜日までにこれを本当に修正する必要があります。ありがとうございます。<\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

To resolve this problem, try the following methods, as appropriate, in the given order:
1.
- On the Start screen, type Control Panel.
- Click or tap Control Panel.
- Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.
- Click or tap Microsoft Office 365, and then click or tap Change.
- Click or tap Online Repair, and then click or tap Repair. You may have to restart your computer after the repair process is finished.

Сheck whether the file associations in the system are performing correctly, reset the Excel file associations to their default settings.
