I'm having trouble with ArcGIS Earth resolution

Question

When I zoom in, manually or open a .kmz, the aerial imagery is unidentifiable.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?  See attachment.

Hi Leonard,

Please check if the aerial imagery basemap is selected. If it is, then you might need to check the network issue. ArcGIS Earth uses the same proxy settings as Internet Explorer by default. You can track the imagery request via Fiddler.
