How can i create infrastructure network by cityengine

hi friends . i want create infrastructure network eg: gas , water and other  for my city .  is possible to design these network through street graph and rules eg  :primitive Operations or insertAlongUV operation. very thanks

Yes, and that's what I would recommend:  street/graph networks and insertAlongUV() and/or primitives.
