Why there is no "Extract Date Parts To Field" tool in my ArcGIS Pro?

It doesn't exist.

Where did you use it before? Part of ArcMap? A toolbox? an Addin?

The tool doesn't exist in ArcGIS Pro. My question is where did you come across this tool? Did you use it before? And if so, did you use it in ArcMap?

I never use this. I will use this in crime analysis. I think i cant find this tools in arcgis pro. Can I find this in ArcMap?
