When I try to sign in from that page Survey123 for ArcGIS I get an error:
Error: 400
What's does it mean?
Is it OK?

it is the login link that is down "https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/oauth2/authorize?client_id=hZ5fQeiEfffDbEdf&response_type=token&expiration=20160&redirect… "
with the actual link removed should someone find some issue with it

Today it's fixed. Both Sign in links are working properly.
