ArcGIS.h not found

I'm just start working with ArcGIS recently, I've join the course Mobile GIS: Getting Started with the ArcGIS API for iOS but when I try to run the sample material for the course I've the following error
ArcGIS.h not found
I've 
Xcode 4.6.1
AGSRuntimeSDKiOSv10.1.1-u1

How I could get out this problem

You can change configuration of existing Xcode project as outlined in the doc.

The course is using older version of the SDK. Recent docs are available here...

Please follow steps outlined in the get started with SDK to configure your project correctly.

thank you for your replay, then how i could run the material in the new vision!!
I've go through the configuration for xCode but it is for the new projects not for upgrading old versions !!
