Centering the tile basemap in WebAppBuilder

Question

I imported my map from ArcMap in ArcGIS Online in tile format to use it as a basemap.

However, when I am making a webappbuilder with that map it does not get centered and I see too much white space on both sides.

Is there a way to center the map at certain lat and long or is there a way to repeat the map.

Anyone of these solutions would be fine for me.

Sure in WAB you can set the maps extent by panning and zooming and then clicking the "Use Current Map View" button.
