Identify Widget - "Requested operation is not supported by this service..."

Any idea what is causing this error in the Identify Widget? Secured service maybe?

Accepted answers

I solved it by removing all the layers from the "Excluded Layers" and switching "Only These Layers" to "On".

(probably the latter resolved it.
