Polygons rotate on there own!!!

Question

as I am editing my parcel layer, some of the surrounding parcels will rotate counter clockwise just a bit. This is getting real frustrating can anyone help!!! please

Additional Information:  It seems to happen the most when I use the Clip Function;  I will draw a polygon over existing polygons, select it and select the Clip Function and when it gets done the selected polygon and some of the surrounding polygons are rotated (usually counterclockwise?!?!) just a little bit

I have had this problem as well. I am also using a very weak workstation and so I have just assumed that it was a memory issue.
