How to connect an arrow with the border of graphic object?

Question

I created dynamical display by using arcgis pro sdk and I show the connections between nodes. For this I used an arrows (I'm use ArcGIS 100.2), the arrows connected with the centers of objects, but I want that arrows would be connected with the borders of objects!

Is it possible to do that?
