Is there a way to turn off layer popups for web maps? (They are deactivated in the web maps themselves, but activated in the story map).

For all my web maps on the new ArcGIS Storymap template, the popups for layers seem to be activated by default, and I'm not seeing a way to deactivate them. In my web maps, they are deactivated.
