Has anyone had an issue where WAB 1.2 does not download?
1. I go to This Page and click download.
2. I sign in.
3. I get a loop between two pages that flashes every second.

Have you tried a different browser. I downloaded with FF with no issue.
I just clicked on the above link. It takes up my GeoNet login credentials and downloads the zip file.
It seems you sign in unsuccessfully.
