Intersect Tool Pro 2.6 XY Tolerance is gone from main window

What happened to the Intersect tools XY tolerance field that would allow you to buffer the inputs? Is this the same one that is within the Environments window now?

It is recommended not to change the property if you don't need to but ensure that the spatial reference of the data is set up properly
