New World CAD export

Question

Hey everybody,

I was looking for somebody that uses New World CAD and mapping. I was wondering if there is the possibility to get a data extract of all the calls to a shapefile so you can map them in ArcGIS Desktop?

Our Fire and Police here in Roseville, CA use New World Aegis CAD and I believe it does allow export to various ESRI formats.  I don't use it myself, though, so can't totally verify that it will do the export as you want.
