Hi Greg – if you are eligible, it would be on the My Esri site. There is a drop down showing 10.4.1 most likely and you can select 10.3 from the drop down menu.
That is interesting, I actually don't have the dropdown menu option that enables me to select earlier versions, only the 10.7 download. Sounds like I will need to contact ESRI more directly.
I checked this morning, and yes the earlier versions are now available via a drop down menu. Perfect, that was quick, thank you.
