I just installed ArcGIS Pro 2.2 Advanced with all Esri textentions including 3D Analyst and Spatial Analyst extensions. But I could not find LAS tool in the conversion toolbox (Attached pic) . Any clue on how can I add this tool ?

The Convert LAS tool was released at Pro 2.3. Could you please try upgrading and see if it becomes available?
