Collecting GPS Average in ArcGIS Mobile 10.2?

Question

I using ArcGIS Mobile 10.2 for Windows on a Tablet PC (Panasonic) and want to know, if possible, how I collecting average GPS positions. Thanks for any help!

I am experiencing the same problem but with averaging 30 correcting points from a satellite subscription correcting my position in real-time to 10 cm.  I was told that using a python script would work.  When I find that script I will share it with you.  Also, we are working on a python script now just in case the other script will not work for us.
