Where do I find documentation on how to set up an oriented imagery catalog?

I downloaded the Oriented Imagery add-in for Pro from the Marketplace and would like to make a catalog so I can access street-level imagery from CycloMedia. I would also like to understand how editing works. Can anyone direct me to some documentation?
