Remove join group for viewer

Hi,

Is there a way to remove the "Group" Menu for Portal Anonymous Users? We have an on premise installation and don't want public users to see the Group Option.

This is not possible in Portal for ArcGIS at this time. Please submit an enhancement request on the ArcGIS Ideas site.
