Time Slider issue

Hi!

I have published a service with some time data. Then I added this published service to the Map Viewer in the Arcgis Portal and time slider mode automatically was activated. That means, that the Portal sees the time data. However, the data is not displayed when I activate the time slider.
In Arcmap everything works fine. What could be the problem?
