Getting a black box this morning and yesterday morning for USGS National Map basemap layer failed to load on all my FlexViewer apps. Any information I missed or is it just down this morning? Please see attachment.

We are not experiencing issues right now. It seems to be sporadic. It was failing for a little while yesterday morning. Then again this morning. I just tried it now and it loaded just fine.
