Community Analyst Subscription

Question

We have an institutional account for ArcGIS Online.  Does that also allow all of our members to use community analyst with their logins?

Community Analyst subscriptions are not included, but are available in addition to your ArcGIS Online accounts - they use the same named user licensing model, but there is an additional annual subscription fee - pricing info here.
