I created a new map in WAB 1.1 and downloaded it from the builder. Then I opened the zip file and copied everything to a new repository on Github. I then created a gh-pages branch and then went to the url Github WAB v1.1 test and everything loaded right in (I believe you may have to wait a minute or two while the service get created for you). Here is that github page esri-WAB-11-test/index.html at gh-pages · smcshinsky/esri-WAB-11-test · GitHub

Tim Witt,
I think you are right. I will take another look at it but I believe that WAB was version 1.0.

Did you try and host a Web Appbuilder V1.1 on github? As you saw in my other thread, I ran into problems
Tim
Thanks Stan, this is very helpful!
I am by no means an expert on github. I just tried this out and it worked for me. I uploaded my web app builder files to a new repository and then just added a new branch called gh-pages. It took a few seconds but now I have it hosted on github. Here is my example.

I was blocking cookies and it would not load. I got it to load now
This might be a stupid question, but is there a way to host a web appbuilder application on github?
Just checked and I can open the blog and the Live Sites Showcase:
What error do you receive?
Derek,
The link of live sites does not work for me.
All,
I just wanted to give this post a bump. We've added several user sites since the launch and are always looking for some additional example apps.
If you have a web app built on Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS that is publicly accessible - please LMK. I would love to see it!
Thanks,
Thanks Xander. This Will be a great place to see other peoples work and get ideas.
