Thanks for your reply. Actually I am referring to this custom control - picture attached. Appreciate if you can diriect some helpful sources or sample codes/templates.

This looks like one of the templates in the TemplateGallery with a different look and feel. You can probably download one of the templates from here http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/TemplateGalleryWeb/start.htm and customize it to look like your sample 🙂
