My ESRIのライセンスタブに開発者オプションのみ表示される

私は組織を通じてESRI製品にアクセスしています。ArcGIS 10.7をダウンロードした後、認証番号を取得しようとしましたが、以前使用していたライセンスタブには通常のライセンスオプションではなく、Developerオプションのみが表示されます。添付のスクリーンショットをご覧ください。 <\/P>

Sorry for late response.

We investigated, and see that you don't have any permissions to do licensing on My Esri.

You can verify this yourself by going to My Profile and viewing what permissions you have. Full instructions on how to see what permissions you have can be found in this blog article.

To request the missing permissions, you'll need to fill out and submit the Request Permissions form.
