How can I customize the pop-up within Operations Dashboard Charts?

I'd like to show the values for multiple variables in this pop-up. It would also be great to style it. Can I do that in Operations Dashboard?

Customizing dashboards is not possible in Ops Dashboard; it does not have any extensibility options. Sorry. Please submit an enhancement request on the ArcGIS Ideas forum for Operations Dashboard.
