Creating polygons from multiple text files

Question

I'm trying to create polygons from three text files. I have been able to create a list going through the three text files, but can not figure out the loop process.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are there any tools that you can use in Arctoolbox that you would use in a manual process? like

Adding x,y coordinate data as a layer—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

Think of how you would do this manually, then examine the code snippets in the help files.
