Hi Yuna,
The "Show in Folder" option is not a default feature in ArcMap, but from an extension such as XTools. Make sure that the XTools extension is enabled (Customize --> Extensions --> make sure the box for XTools is checked). It is also possible that your license with XTools needs to be renewed.
