regarding on how to build from mobile?

but, I need help on how to build from mobile(ios/android/windows).

Just as a heads up, our beta version of the Runtime SDK that supports the QML API is now available for download. With the QML API, you can write cross platform applications that run on Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, and iOS. ArcGIS SDK for Qt Beta | ArcGIS for Developers

The ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt doesn't yet support the development of mobile applications....yet. :-). This capability is coming later this year. Not to get into too much detail here, you will be able to use a QML API to develop applications for mobile devices. Keep an eye out for a Beta this Summer.
