Unselectable axf file in ArcPad

I'm using Arcpad 10 installed on my new Trimble Juno. In my apm project I'm using axf files instead of shp. During editing axf I can not select any point/vertex, although I can add new point, fill forms, but the point is unselectable. I click on a point, but it doesn't mark . While of this I can edit and select shp points. I've tryed reinstall Arcpad, but it doesn't help. The same axf file copying to my second Trimble Juno works perfect and it is fully editable/selectable. Any idea for this problem?
