Is there a poster or PDF that shows all options for ArcMap North Arrows and Scale Bars?

We'd like to be able to show folks the options for north arrows and scale bars in ArcMap without having to go into the map layout mode and scroll through all of the options.  I was hoping there was a reference document somewhere.

Here are a couple options. . . .one, go to the style manager in ArcMap(Customize/Style Manager). Open the ESRI.style folder and you will get the idea . .  Scale Bars is the next folder. You can make a pdf with your snipping tool. Secondly, here is a link that might help. . How to add a north arrow.
