Created an application using Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS

I'd like to change the long name/map id to a shorter direct title

example:

from:

https://nttagis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=e4c724b02cea46408452429b323c9780

to: Maintenance Interactive Map
