how to draw a deflection curve

Question

Usually I get more information than this:

thence on a curve deflection right with a 962.87 feet radius 169.46 feet

I have 5 of these types of curves in one legal description I am working on but I have looked through everything I have access to and I cannot get it to draw like I "think" it is supposed to.

I already know about the tangent curve; however, when I use it, it takes me no where near where the parcel they are trying to track out, if this makes sense. But it doesn't say it is a tangent curve, just "a curve deflection"; however, thank you very much for answering me, I really appreciate it.
