Generate Geodatabase

Question

Generate geodatabase task only downloads the first feature class using this example:

is this expected behavior?

I am downloading the whole California and the Geodatabase only has points:

I'm not seeing this behavior. Which version are you using? Are you in an area that only has the one layer visible in it? Here is my output which contains points, lines, and polygons:
